Captus Generation announces that it will remain under the ownership of BTG Energy and West Lake Energy Corp. The previously announced purchase and sale agreement did not proceed and has been formally terminated.
The company also announces the resignations of Harry Andersen, Chief Executive Officer and Paul Connolly, Business Development Representative. Captus thanks both Harry and Paul for their leadership and contributions to the company and wishes them well in the future endeavors.
Gable Gross has joined the Captus leadership team. As a Managing Partner at BTG Capital inc. and board member of BTG Energy, Gable brings a wealth of experience in the energy sector.
