About Captus
Captus Generation plans to build new gas-fired power generation facilities on a non-agricultural industrial site about 20 km south of Pincher Creek. Captus owns 825 acres of land in the area, with existing natural gas supply and electricity grid access.
Captus is seeking to partner with a technology company that would use the electricity to power new digital infrastructure on the site. The size of the power plant and data centre will depend on the needs of the technology company.
